Crisp Sea Salt Chocolate with Heart Healthy Seeds

Ingredients for the Chocolate
- 2 cups crisp rice cereal
- 8 oz bittersweet chocolate (56%-72%)
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- ½ cup toasted mixed seeds (Pepitas, Hemp Seeds, Chia Seeds, Flax Seeds)
- Sea salt to taste
To make the Chocolate
To start, line an 8×8 pan with parchment paper and pour in the two cups of cereal. Let sit.
To make the chocolate, start by mixing the chocolate and coconut oil in the top of a double boiler. Pour this into your pan once melted. Tap the pan as the chocolate settles into the crisp rice cereal for about 1-2 minutes or until settled.
Top the chocolate with your nuts and seeds. Sprinkle the sea salt, to taste, on top. Refrigerate until firm.
To serve, cut chocolate into chucks, and enjoy as a healthy snack or dessert garnish.
